Enterprise Pilot Terms.

Version 1.0, last updated: 14 October 2026PDF

These terms apply to any pilot or proof of concept that EchoNova AI L.L.C-FZ ("EchoNova") runs with a business (the "Customer") before an enterprise plan is activated (the "Pilot"). The Customer accepts them when activating the Pilot in its account. The Enterprise Terms, the Data Processing Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy supplement them.

  1. Duration. The Pilot runs for the period shown in the account, up to ninety (90) days unless EchoNova extends it in writing. Either party may end it on seven (7) days' notice.

  2. Scope. The Pilot is limited to the channels, volumes and contact centres shown in the account. The Customer decides which tasks the assistant may complete on its own and sets the limits.

  3. Fees. The Pilot is free, or at the pilot fee shown in the account. A Pilot creates no obligation to buy a plan.

  4. Data. The Customer's conversation data is processed under the Data Processing Agreement. EchoNova may use Pilot data, de-identified where possible, to train and improve its models, unless the Customer turns this off in its account settings. When the Pilot ends, the data is deleted within thirty (30) days unless the Customer activates an enterprise plan.

  5. Disclosure and recording. The Customer tells callers they are speaking with an automated assistant and obtains any recording consent the law requires, under the Acceptable Use Policy.

  6. Service level. The Pilot is provided "as is", with no service-level or round-the-clock support commitments. The Customer keeps a fallback route to human agents throughout.

  7. Confidentiality and feedback. Each party keeps the other's information confidential. EchoNova may use the Customer's feedback to improve its services without obligation, and may name the Customer as a pilot participant only with its written consent.

  8. Liability. Each party's total liability for the Pilot is limited to the pilot fees paid or AED 10,000, whichever is greater, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.

  9. Conversion. When an enterprise plan is activated, the Enterprise Terms apply from the activation date, and the Pilot's configuration and data carry over to the plan.

  10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE; disputes are resolved as set out in the Enterprise Terms.
