1. Intellectual property and voice rights complaints

1.1 If you believe that content on the EchoNova platform infringes your copyright or trademark, or uses your voice or the voice of someone you represent without permission, send a complaint to legal@echonova.ai with: your name, role and contact details; a description of the protected work or voice; a link to or copy of the infringing content; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised; and a statement that the information is accurate. Voice owners can also use the report form in the platform.

1.2 We acknowledge complaints within two business days and decide within ten business days. We may remove the content, inform the user concerned of the complaint and, where needed for their reply, of your identity, and suspend or close the accounts of repeat infringers.

1.3 The user concerned may object in writing within 14 days, stating why they are entitled to the content. If the parties cannot resolve the matter, the content stays down until the dispute is decided by the competent authority.

1.4 Knowingly filing a false complaint breaches the Platform Terms and may lead to account closure.

2. Use of EchoNova's marks

2.1 The names "EchoNova" and "Sada" and their logos are trademarks of EchoNova. Using the platform gives you no rights in them.

2.2 You may say that you use EchoNova, or that your product is "built on EchoNova", in plain text, without altering the logo, without implying partnership, endorsement or sponsorship by EchoNova, and without making our mark more prominent than yours.

2.3 Any other use of the logo or name in a product, campaign or domain name needs written consent from legal@echonova.ai.

3. Open-source components

The platform includes open-source components under their own licences. A list of them and their licences is available on request from legal@echonova.ai.
