A voice clone also pays for its checks, transcription, cleaning, and preview at the rates here. Its dollar fee is taken in credits at the rate of the credits that pay.

AI models
AI model usage is based on the provider's model price + 10% and is deducted from your EchoNova credits.
Rollover
Unused subscription credits roll over when the same plan renews, up to 3× your monthly plan allowance.
Extra credits
Extra credits start at $3.50 per 100K credits and never expire. Extra credits do not count toward the rollover limit.

How billing works

Priced before it runs. Refunded if it fails.

Trial
Every workspace starts with the trial credits on its card, with no time limit. AI model use in the trial is capped at $1 of model cost. When you pay for a plan, unused trial credits end; extra credits you bought keep working.
Upgrade
Starts a new cycle today at the new plan's price. Your unused credits stay and the new plan's credits are added. A yearly upgrade takes off the unused value of your year.
Downgrade
Applies at the end of the current period, as does yearly to monthly. Unused plan credits end at the switch; extra credits stay.
Cancel
Your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Then plan credits end and basic limits apply; extra credits never expire.
Yearly
Paid once a year; credits still arrive every month. Annual totals and savings are shown with each plan.
Payment
By card or PayPal. VAT is calculated at checkout, and invoices are available in the portal.
