These terms govern your use of echonova.ai (the "Site"), operated by EchoNova AI L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (trade licence no. 2650442.01), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE ("EchoNova", "we").

Business customers: use of the EchoNova platform (including Sada) is governed by the Platform Terms or the Enterprise Terms you accepted in your account, not by these terms. If the two conflict, the agreement you signed prevails.

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

1.1 You may browse the Site and use its content for your own information, including evaluating our services for your business.

1.2 You must not:

• (a) copy, republish or commercially exploit the Site or its content, except as these terms allow;
• (b) scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• (c) try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems, test their vulnerability without our written authorisation, or interfere with their operation;
• (d) upload malware, or use the Site in a way that breaks UAE law, including the Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021);
• (e) impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation.

1.3 We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site, or any part of it, at any time.

2. Demos and trial features

If the Site lets you try an AI feature (for example, a voice demo), do not submit other people's personal data, confidential information, or recordings of anyone who has not agreed. Demo inputs are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong: do not rely on it without checking.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the EchoNova and Sada names and logos belong to EchoNova or its licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to them beyond section 1.1.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

4. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain how we use personal data collected through the Site.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided for general information, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code, or that its content is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or other professional advice.

7. Liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7.2 Subject to 7.1, and since the Site is provided free of charge, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you in connection with the Site is limited to AED 1,000.

7.3 You are responsible for loss you cause us by breaking these terms or the law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force when you use the Site applies.

9. Law and disputes

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9.2 The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Site. This does not stop either party from seeking urgent relief in any competent court.

10. General

10.1 If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

10.2 These terms are published in Arabic and English. Where UAE law requires the Arabic version to prevail, it prevails.

10.3 Electronic notices and acceptance are valid under the Electronic Transactions and Trust Services Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021).
